Template:Games
Source
{{Games|}}
Usage
Use this template to generate a list of games based on their shorthand names. Typically used in "appearances" or "games" section of infoboxes as opposed to manually typing out each game and formatting them with links and italics. Each title defined will be listed in release order and on a new line.
Each game can be enabled individually using =y
. For example:
{{Games|L61=y|L69=y}}
Grand Theft Auto: London 1969
Grand Theft Auto: London 1961
Alternatively, freeform text can be used which will be appended after the title. This is commonly used to define game-specific circumstances, such as {{UP}} (upcoming content), {{UN}} (unobtainable/cut content) or {{EEV}} (Expanded & Enhanced version). These are also listed in shorthand templates.
{{Games|V={{UP}}|O={{EEV}}}}
Grand Theft Auto V [UP]
Grand Theft Auto Online [E&E]
{{Games|TLAD= is the first episode|TBOGT=is the second}}
The Lost and Damned is the first episode
The Ballad of Gay Tony is the second
A list of all games can be produced by simply using all=y
.
Alternatively, using all=y
alongside list=n
will produce:
{{Games|all=y|list=n}}
All Grand Theft Auto titles
