==Usage==
This template is used on articles or sections that are currently under construction, or have just been created. Depending on the parameters used, the template will display a message notifying users that information may be incomplete, or that the article was created recently.

Articles using this template will also be added to a [[:Category:Articles with sections under construction|list of under construction articles]], and, if set to "new", a [[:Category:New articles|list of newly-created articles]].

It's important to remember to remove the use of "new" after several weeks of the article/section being created, to avoid cluttering the category list and to avoid confusion.
