Use this template to generate a list of games based on their shorthand names. Typically used in "appearances" or "games" section of [[:Category:Infobox templates|infoboxes]] as opposed to manually typing out each game and formatting them with links and italics. Each title defined will be listed in [[Template:Chronology|release order]] and on a new line.

Each game can be enabled individually using <code>=y</code>. For example:

Alternatively, freeform text can be used which will be appended after the title. This is commonly used to define game-specific circumstances, such as {{Template|UP}} (upcoming content), {{Template|UN}} (unobtainable/cut content) or {{Template|EEV}} ([[Grand Theft Auto V and Online: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S Editions|Expanded & Enhanced version]]).
