default should be collapsed even when there's only 1 navbox because autocollapse doesn't only take navbox collapsible elements into its count - if there are any other collapsibles in the body of the article, it will default to collapsed even with only 1 collapsible navbox.
So might as well make them all collapsed by default to enforce consistency, unless specifically parsed to the template using uncollapsed as "state".
